The BodyWorkshop is a friendly health and well-being company offering a wide range of rejuvenating massage treatments at our beautiful therapy room based in the historic Royal Arsenal development, Woolwich. 

Massage treatments include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Thai Foot and Hand, Hawaiian Kahuna, Couple's Massage and Indian Head Massage.  Other treatments are also offered such as Reflexology, Reiki and Natural Facials.

We also offer a range of energising massage treatments for corporate events, parties or the workplace, as well as relaxing treatments in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
